Q-1- What is the deadline for paying the accommodation fees?

Q-2 How do I pay for my accommodation?

a- Payment by order form for Tunisian students, researchers and teachers: 250 dt/night Full board (breakfast, 2 meals and coffee break),
b- Payment for non-resident participants: 20 dt coffee break and 50 dt the meal 
c- Payment on site: 90 euros/night Full board (breakfast, 2 meals and coffee break), (+ 10 euros single supplement)
d- Payment by bank transfer until May 10, 2023: 75 euros/night Full board (breakfast, 2 meals and coffee break), (+ 10 euros single supplement)
e- For Tunisian students without a purchase order: 180 dt/night Full board (breakfast, 2 meals and coffee break),

Q-3- Are the registration fees mandatory?

Answer: The registration to the conference is free.

Q-4- I can't find the registration form?

A- The registration form is available on the platform through the following link:

Q-5 How do I make a purchase order?

Please specify that you want to pay by purchase order in the above form. An invoice for the conference (i.e. an estimate) will be sent to you in return. With this document and a letter of invitation, you can have an administrative purchase order issued by your institution and sent to us by May 10, 2023. (Don't forget to scan the order form and send it to us by email. Please keep the original and make sure to present it on the day of the conference, otherwise the payment cannot be made). After receiving the purchase order, we will send an invoice to your organization's financial department.

Q-7 How can I get the confirmation of my registration?

A-Registration confirmation: the registration is registered only after payment of the corresponding fees. Upon receipt of your payment and proof of payment we will send you a confirmation email.

Q-8 How do I get to the hotel?

The Organizing Committee will arrange transportation from the airport to the hotel. Please inform us in advance of the date and time of your arrival ( on the email siest2023@gmail.com )
